Namit Kharbanda has joined JW Marriott, Pune as the director of human resources.
He will be responsible for leading all HR-related operations, including hiring, compliance, talent-development strategies/policies, administration,and management.
Prior to this, Kharbanda was the director-HR at Andaz Delhi, the luxury and lifestyle outlet of the Hyatt.
Kharbanda comes with a breadth of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC, IHG Group, and other renowned companies in the hospitality sector.
Kharbanda holds a postgraduate degree in human resource management and marketing from Symbiosis University. He has also pursued a diploma in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Chandigarh.
