Bajaj Allianz Life ropes in Santanu Banerjee as CHRO
Bajaj Allianz Life has appointed Santanu Banerjee as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective from May 2020.
Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President & CHRO at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
Banerjee has more than 20 years exeperence in the industry and has spent maximum time working with Aditya Birla Group. In his 10 years long tenure with Aditya Birla Group, from 2008 to 2018, he managed people agenda for various businesses for the company.
He has also worked in other companies such as ING Vysya Life Insurance, IMRB International, and Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd.
