RepIndia Ropes In Maitri Kaushik As Group Head-HR

RepIndia has appointed Maitri Kaushik as its Group Head – Human Resources.

 

In her new role, she will be responsible for the HR team leadership, and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.

 

Kaushik was previously associated with Adglobal360 as Senior Manager – HR, and comes with 10 years of experience across renowned advertising agencies such as Dentsu.  She started the journey with Dentsu as a junior employee by handling the Gurgaon branch with the primary focus being on bringing in new employees with new talents of the company and managing the employees by guiding & helping the said employees by providing direction when necessary. At Adglobal360, she handled the HR business partnering role and was tasked with implementing various HR strategies and policies in order to transform culture.

 

Kaushik is an MBA in HR graduate from the Apeejay School of Management.
