Sterlite Power Promotes Kamaljeet Kaur As CHRO

Sterlite Power has elevated Kamaljeet Kaur as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective May 2021.

 

Prior to this, she was Executive Vice President- HR in the company.

 

In her new role, Kaur will be responsible for the entire gamut of human resource functions including capability building through talent acquisition and talent development, strategic HR initiatives, manpower planning, and organization transformation.

 

Kaur has more than 18 years of experience with global multinational companies and large Indian organizations across diverse sectors such as Automobile, infrastructure, FMCG, services, and retail. Previously, some of the companies she has worked for are Wrigley, Hero Motor Corp, Jubilant FoodWorks, HDFC Bank.

 

She is an Economics graduate and an alumnus of Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD (SCMHRD).
