JK Technosoft Ltd. has appointed Suja Antony as AVP- Global Talent Management.
In her new role, Antony will be responsible for strengthening the talent pipeline for meeting the diverse talent needs of the organization.
Antony is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 18 years of cross-cultural experience in building and leading high performing teams.
Prior to joining JK Technosoft, Antony has been associated with companies such as Capgemini, Barclays, MSCI and UBS Business Solutions. Her expertise lies in enhancing employee branding, creating and implementing efficient talent acquisition strategies to entice the best talent from the industry to enhance business performance.
An industry stalwart with excellent stakeholder management skills, Antony champions diversity and inclusion and actively contributes to driving the agenda.

Antony is an English Literature graduate from Madras University.
