Welspun Group has appointed Kaustubh Sonalkar as Group Director - Human Capital Management (HCM), General Affairs, CSR & Corporate Communications.
He will be responsible for overseeing strategies for overall development and the group's core industries.
Sonalkar has more than 25 years of corporate experience working with several enterprises like Future Group, UN, and PWC both in India and overseas.
Most recently, Sonalkar served as President-HR, and Chief Executive Officer–Essar Foundation of the Essar Group.
Sonalkar is also a best-selling author and a regular contributor in several respected, Entrepreneur and Business publications. His debut National bestseller book, 'Fetch your own Coffee', has received rave reviews for its maverick views on management and its wide appeal across age groups.
