InterviewBit’s Scaler Academy has appointed Naren Krishna as Business head of Career division.
Krishna describes his role on Linkedin as, “My leadership role involves managing the careers business unit consisting of 40+ teammates and positioning Scaler Academy as a primary platform for organisations to recruit top engineering talent by getting the right hiring partners. Backed by Sequoia and Tiger Global, Scaler Academy is one of Asia’s leading online tech-education firms valued at over $100 million that aims to solve the tech talent gap worldwide.”
He will be working with the founders, the operations team and peoples team.
Krishna also founded two HR-tech start-ups – Stockroom.io & Equiv.in through which he collaborated with more than 100 Fortune500 companies to aid them in the recruitment processes and organise diversity and inclusion initiatives. Furthermore, he was a founding member of Inc42, a news-website.
