OYO Hotels & Homes has elevated Ankit Tandon to Global Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Tandon has been part of the OYOs CXO leadership team since 2016 and in his new role, will lead the setup of OYOs Global Business Services and Business Performance Management teams.
He has been associated with OYO Hotels & Homes since August 2015. Prior to that, he has worked with McKinsey & Company and ITC Limited. He is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business and IIT Madras.
The role of Global Business Services (GBS) will be to integrate technology into processes and deliver efficiency in the finance, legal and HR teams across the organisation whereas the Business Performance Management (BPM) team will work closely with market CEOs and their teams to help them learn about global best practices, external and internal benchmarks, and in turn help them deliver their operating plans.
