Lowe's India names Mohith Mohan as Senior Director-HR

Lowe's India has appointed Mohith Mohan as the Senior Director for Human Resources in India.

 

Mohan will be responsible for change management, recruitment, workforce planning, compensation & benefits,  employee relations, and performance management of the 2900+ strong workforce. He will also oversee the culture and diversity activities at Lowe's India.

 

Mohan is an experienced management professional specializing in organizational strategy, coaching, and building workplaces of the future. He has more than 17 years of diverse HR experience in the financial, product, and retail industries.

 

Prior to Lowe's India, he was the Divisional Vice President and Site Leader at Hudson's Bay Company.
