The Prada Group has appointed Malika Savell as Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for North America region.
In her new role, Savell will oversee developing policies, strategies, and programs to help ensure a diverse representation of cultures and perspectives at all levels of the company.
She will report to Prada USA CEO, Marcelo Noschese.
Group Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Lorenzo Bertelli said, “Malika is a dynamic, impact-driven leader and I am excited to welcome her to Prada.”
Previously, Savell served as the Director of Cultural Diversity- Partnerships & Engagement of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH).
