Signzy has announced the appointment of Ashok Kumar Pillai as its Global Delivery Head.
Leveraging his 25-plus years of banking and payments industry expertise, Pillai will oversee and lead Signzy's delivery innovation to provide efficient and superlative customer services in his current role. Ashok will be based out of Pune and his appointment is effective immediately.
Prior to Signzy, Pillai served as Client Partner and Head of Pune Center at Altimetrik, a US-based business and IT transformation company. He led Sales, Client engagement and Pune center operations for the firm. Before that most of his experience has been in the Banking & Payments products domain covering many large projects for leading global financial organizations.
Pillai comes with deep experience in creating and managing delivery teams spread across geographies in Service Delivery, with P&L ownership. At Signzy, he will primarily be responsible to monitor and maintain Customer Value Proposition as a key index at organization level. He will also provide leadership guidance to project and customer support teams.
